BRAIQ Cam ("we," "our," or "us") is a product of OKTRA, LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application. Our core principle is simple: your recordings stay on your device, and we collect minimal data.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Recordings
All screen recordings and face cam footage captured by the App are stored exclusively on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or have access to your recordings at any time.
2.2 Camera and Microphone
The App requires access to your device's camera and microphone to provide face cam and audio recording features. These permissions are requested explicitly and can be revoked at any time through your device settings. Camera and microphone data is used solely for recording and is stored locally.
2.3 Purchase Information
If you make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Apple provides us with limited transaction information (such as purchase receipts) necessary to deliver purchased features.
2.4 Analytics
We may use Apple's App Store analytics to receive anonymized, aggregated data about app usage, crashes, and performance. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve the App.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect

4. Data Storage and Security
All your recordings and app data are stored locally on your iOS device, protected by iOS built-in security features. We leverage iOS App Group containers and the device's sandboxed storage to keep your data secure. Since we do not operate any cloud servers for user data, there is no risk of server-side data breaches affecting your recordings.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
6. Your Rights
6.1 General Rights
You have full control over your data since it is stored on your device. You can delete recordings at any time through the App's library feature or by uninstalling the App.
6.2 GDPR (European Economic Area)
If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, most requests can be fulfilled by managing data directly on your device. For any concerns, contact us at the address below.
6.3 CCPA (California)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Since we do not collect personal data beyond what Apple provides for purchase verification, your data remains under your control.

The App may integrate with platform-provided services for payment processing and media capture. These services are provided by the device manufacturer and are subject to their respective privacy policies. All data processed through these services remains on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise by the platform provider.
