Need help with BRAIQ Cam?

If a purchase did not unlock, recording permissions are missing, or something in the app is not behaving as expected, start here.

1. Purchase issues

If a subscription or lifetime purchase does not activate immediately, tap Restore Purchases from the paywall while signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy it.

If the issue continues, contact us with the receipt date and the exact product name shown in the App Store.

2. Recording permissions

BRAIQ Cam needs camera, microphone, and screen recording permissions to work correctly.

  • On iPhone, open Settings and make sure camera and microphone access are enabled for BRAIQ Cam.
  • On Mac, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and enable Screen Recording, Camera, and Microphone access.
  • If the app still looks unchanged after granting permissions, quit and reopen it once.

3. What to include in a support request

The fastest way to troubleshoot is to send:

  • Your device model and OS version
  • Which plan or feature you were trying to use
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead
  • A screenshot if the problem is visual
