1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using BRAIQ Cam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BRAIQ Cam is an iOS application that allows you to record your device screen and camera simultaneously. Your camera feed appears on top of your screen recording, and all recordings are stored locally on your device.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features, such as extended recording access or advanced editing capabilities. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you record using the App. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when recording
• Obtain necessary consents before recording other individuals
• Not use the App to record content that infringes on others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the property of OKTRA, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the App. OKTRA, LLC does not claim any ownership rights over your recordings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKTRA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. OKTRA, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

7. Device and Network Requirements

The App requires a compatible iOS device with screen recording and camera capabilities. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements. OKTRA, LLC is not responsible for any data charges incurred while using the App.

8. Modifications

OKTRA, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. OKTRA, LLC reserves the right to discontinue the App or revoke access at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OKTRA, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
